Problem Statement
StackFast's primary acquisition channel is cold email via Instantly. Cold email recipients who click through land on the generic homepage — a page designed for all audiences, covering all industries, with 7+ sections before the CTA. This creates friction:
- Relevance gap: A plumber who clicks "custom quoting system" in an email lands on a page talking about "apps, tools, and systems" generically
- Length penalty: Cold traffic has LOW intent — they'll bounce if the page doesn't prove relevance in 5 seconds
- Pricing buried: Current site shows pricing after Hero → What We Build → How It Works → Case Studies → Before/After → Testimonials. A cold email recipient won't scroll that far.
Value Hypothesis
IF we create industry-specific landing pages that mirror the cold email language, show pricing within the first scroll, and feel like they were written by someone who understands that specific industry, THEN we will increase cold email click-to-call conversion by 2-3x, BECAUSE the visitor experiences immediate relevance confirmation ("this is for me") rather than having to self-select from a generic page.

Not Doing
- Not replicating the homepage. These pages are surgical — 4-5 sections max, not 8+

Pricing early removes the "$100K agency" mental anchor and creates the feeling of transparency. Multiple presentation formats test different value framing approaches.
